Tips: here you need to collect 15 chocolate and 18 licorice swirls. The key here is to have locked candies by the chocolate factories (both sides) unlocked so they can make 8 more chocolate. That's the magic number. If you can have these before the first pie explodes, even better. Otherwise, you will need more moves than the number balance because the factories only produce them one at a time. Don't forget to defuse the timed bombs in the bottom as well. See how this level is done in video below. Good luck.
