Goal: clear all the jelly and reach 24,000 points to complete the level.
Tips: make the processing of the popcorn a priority because they're harder to do and they do have jellies underneath. This while hitting the cream/icing as well. Once the color bombs are produced, use them to decimate the rest of the cream and jellies. Good luck.
